My husband and I retained Michelle Hanna's professional services to represent us, both as the buyer's agent for the purchase of our present home and the seller's agent for the sale of our former home. Having had the opportunity to work with Michelle on both sides of the transaction over the course of several months, I would recommend her very highly, and without reservation, to any client considering her representation in a real estate transaction.
During the lengthy, and often frustration, process of looking for a larger Hancock Park/Windsor Square home that incorporated as many items form our family wish list as possible, Michelle demonstrated a keen awareness and understanding of and sensitivity to our parameters and preferences. Michelle presented and executed a well-developed, extremely creative marketing plan to make our home stand out from other listings. Additionally, she demonstrated extreme flexibility to agents and prospective buyers in arranging showings, successfully generated above-average attendance of prospective buyers at open houses, and used her initiative and a great deal of her time to disseminate selling information to the broadest target audience possible. As a direct result of Michelle's hands-on involvement, her unconditional desire and commitment to achieve the best sales price possible, her completely unexpected, but greatly appreciated position of selecting from multiple offers with three weeks of putting our home on the market and ultimately selling our home for more than the list price.
